OUR EVENT SPACES
A four-hour minimum rental is required for all events. Maximum guests per event is 50.
When booking, allow time for the event plus adequate time for set-up/take-down.
The rental fee covers use of the facility as explained below. See notes for charges and information.
Indoor Living Quarters
The living room, dining room, gathering room, Hattie's room, Thackers room, powder room and kitchen integrate beautifully to provide a lovely space for small parties
The rental fee covers use of the facility. As a courtesy, Hattie's House is equipped with basic necessities and offers a limited inventory of party rentals. Otherwise, the client is responsible for determining and providing necessary party needs.
Clients are expected to be respectful of the facility. Furnishings are not to be rearranged without prior approval.
$675.00 for 4 hours

*If incurred, penalty charges will be assessed at $100.00/hour beyond booked time. Management reserves the right to impose fines for ignoring policies.
Lovely Outdoor Spaces
The beautiful poolside terrace and rose garden provide a wonderful setting for small outdoor parties and events.

Entire House and Grounds
For overnight rentals with access to all six suites, the indoor living quarters, and the outdoor public spaces.

Rates for retreats and workshops may be negotiated depending on the scope and requirements of the particular event.
